Project Description

This six-bedroom, three-bath home is the second collaboration on a split lot within Iowa City’s historical North Side neighborhood. Diverse partnerships were key in the fruition of this home, including  The Housing Fellowship, The Iowa City Community School District, The City of Iowa City, Sueppel’s Building & Remodeling, The Housing Trust Fund of Johnson County, Axiom Consultants, First Interstate Bank, The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association and Vocational Training Council, local trade partners, and other community organizations. Students have skillfully completed this zero-entry home with universal design concepts on the main level. The home features an accessible main floor, LP Smartside Smooth siding, Andersen E Series windows, custom shelving and entry area. This home is featured on the 2025 Parade of Homes.
